The 11th Fiasco

Ah, Class 11th, the year of endless possibilities and…oh wait, scratch that, I meant the year of endless anxiety and stress. Yes, that’s more accurate, especially if you’re a student in India who just failed Class 11th.Let’s face it, failing Class 11th in India is like getting a tattoo on your forehead that says “I’m a failure” (or in Hindi, “Main nakam hoon”). You’re constantly bombarded with questions from relatives, neighbors, and even strangers on the street about what went wrong and how you’re going to fix it.

But hey, don’t worry, you’re not alone. In my wonderful batch, the OG gang flunked heavily and while I am writing this as a grade 12 th student, the OG gang is preparing for re tests. So, it’s a part of the game. And trust me, some of the most successful people in the world have failed at some point in their lives. So, chin up, buttercup, here are some hilarious things you can do to make the most of your failure:
1.Tell everyone you’re going to become a TikTok star: Who needs school when you can just dance and lip-sync your way to fame and fortune? Just make sure you have some killer dance moves and a unique hairstyle that will make you stand out from the crowd.
2.Start your own “failed Class 11th” support group: Gather all your fellow “nakam” friends and start a support group. You can commiserate over your failures and share tips on how to cope with the endless “log kya kahenge” (what will people say) comments.
3.Become a stand-up comedian: If you’re good at making people laugh, why not turn your failure into a career? You can start performing at local comedy clubs and work your way up to bigger venues. And who knows, maybe one day you’ll be the next Kapil Sharma.
4.Write a book about your experience: People love reading about other people’s failures (sorry, but it’s true). So, why not write a book about your experience of failing Class 11th in India? You can share your struggles, your triumphs, and your hilarious anecdotes along the way.
5.Become a social media influencer and twerk all day.I mean what’s the use of studying maths, science, economics and accountancy, when you can just twerk all day and night and make good money.

So, there you have it, folks. Failing Class 11th in India doesn’t have to be the end of the world. In fact, it can be the beginning of a new and exciting chapter in your life. Just remember, laughter is the best medicine, so don’t forget to laugh at yourself and all the absurdities of life.

  • Hi Kaustubh……Ok so I have been binge reading your blogs. And Honestly, I had earlier thought of just reading one of your blogs and then write ” Hey Nice blog” and never come back. But my guy, you actually have got some writing and storytelling skills. I hope you write more blogs in the future. Best of luck
